Our Precision designed Viper Micro-Perf System is the most versatile and economical means available for in-line micro-perforation of a web.  Each system is custom designed and manufactured to exacting standards at the QMI, Inc. facility in Pryor, OK.  Micro-Perforation rolls are available in standard widths of from 30 inches to 120 inches, however, unique perforation requirements will be met on an individual customer basis.

The Viper Micro-Perf Roll is available in either live shaft or dead shaft designs and is fully guaranteed against defects in material or workmanship.  Additional idler rolls can be added for web wrap or web path purposes.
