The MPS-5000 Cold Micro Perforation System is a self contained and fully guarded unit with a brush back up roll to insure proper perforation.  The perforator roll consists of interchangeable pin sleeves over a carrier roll.  Square, diamond, and custom micro-perforation patterns are achievable.  

The unit opens and closes pneumatically for loading or intermittent operation.  These units are capable of perforating small and closely spaced holes.  Hole pattern variations are essentially limitless with the quick and easy changing of Viper Micro-Perf Sleeves. (Perf Roll Diameter limits pin spacing, etc.)

The MPS-5000 is designed for either in or out-of-line operation.  Because it is self-contained, the unit can be placed in a wide variety of locations in the production line.  Maximum standard width is 100 inches.  By combining sleeves of different lengths, nearly any required pattern can be achieved.  Sleeves can also be equipped with pins, slitter blades, or a combination of both.
