The Viper CC computer
controlled Moving Web Punch Machine gives you the capability of
punching complex patterns in your film.
Controlling each punch independently the Viper CC can punch patterns
as simple as strait line repeats or as complex as scrolling letters,
arcs and circles or around printed design.
The Viper CC can store up to 50 different patterns for instant
recall, reducing set up time.
Using an optical encoder the Viper CC calculates line speed and distance
of film travel to maintain the programmed hole spacing the instant
the unit is put into run mode, thereby reducing scrap.
